Kilroy Square (Two hands) is a unique work by Dan Witz created with oil painting on canvas.
In Kilroy Square (Two hands), Dan Witz continues his exploration of realism with a suggestive and minimalist depiction. The artwork features two hands emerging from a dark background, grasping onto the edge of a light-colored wall. This composition creates a strong visual contrast, not only chromatic but also thematic, playing on the idea of presence and absence, visibility and invisibility. Witz's hyperrealistic technique captures every detail with precision, from the texture of the skin to the imperfections of the wall, inviting the viewer to reflect on the human condition and its relationship with the surrounding space, a theme that connects to his deep social and civil awareness.
Kilroy Square (Two hands) is a unique work by Dan Witz measuring 64 x 64.5 cm.
